The following will answer most questions regarding our shipping and return policy.
UncleBuds.net ships to all U.S. and Canadian addresses.
Most orders ship within 72 hours of processing. A tracking number and carrier information are emailed to the customer at this point. The majority of orders arrive in 5-6 business days. Most items ship directly from our warehouse in Northern California. Any shipping problems incurred after the processing of the order are the responsibility of the carrier. Standard failure rates for USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS apply. These failure rates are minimal when compared to the volume of all shipped mail.
The estimated delivery date is as labeled, an estimate. This is not a guarantee of delivery. While every effort will be made to assure delivery by the scheduled date, the estimated delivery date is mostly a clerical tool, to aid in our recordkeeping.
Due to the heavy volume of traffic during the holiday season, shipping delays of a few days are not uncommon. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
Return Authorization Policy: Return Authorization is required from UncleBuds.net for any compensation. No returns accepted on special orders, discounted, or discontinued items. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused. In the event that UncleBuds.net judges iteself to be at fault for the damage, a 100% refund is guaranteed. Some returns may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 10%, eligiblity for imposition will be determined after a case review.
All items must be returned within 30 days of product receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the item, please allow us 7-10 days to evaluate the claim. At this point, if deemed eligible, the refund will be issued as a credit to the purchasing credit card. An email notification of credit delivery will be issued. |
